We are playing Mtn. View tomorrow at home. Please be warming up by 2:45! We are not sure of the amount of alternates yet but we will try and get as many matches as we can so bring your rackets alternates!

Match Cancelled

Usually you will find out sooner than 2:30 that the match is cancelled. We apologize for that, the coach called us very last minute. We are now having the match tomorrow at Orem. Bus will leave at 2:30 again. Please be on time! Let us know if you cant make the match or will be late thanks!

If you have any AP tests during these dates, please contact Mr. Sannar before the end of tomorrow to reschedule your test. The state does not allow you to reschedule matches for AP tests.

3/21/11 & Team Activity

Reminder: If it rains today we will hold practice in the big gym at 3:30. We would like all payments done by Wednesday at the latest. Please pay to the financial secretary in the attendance office and remember to have your children bring me the receipts.

This Saturday the 26th we are having a team activity and going to the BYU Men's tennis match. It starts at 1 PM and they are playing William and Mary's. We would love everyone on the team to be there!(they always have pizza too!) Your children need to have their own rides. Have them carpool together! Admission is free and it should be a good learning experience for them! Any questions let us know! thanks!

Also team pictures are this Friday at 4:00 on the courts. Please have your kids wear their uniforms. (we should get the shorts in tomorrow). If you are interested in buying a picture, have your child pick up a picture packet in the main office.

Next Tennis Match

We are proud of you guys for your matches today. We will be more prepared for them next time. We played well and us, as coaches, want you to continue on the things you have told us you would like to work on. Our next match is at Provo on Thursday. Be at the bus at 2:30. It will be behind the school. If it rains Thursday, and the match is canceled, we will have the match Friday. Half of our uniforms showed up today. The shorts were shipped to California for some reason but should be here by the next match. We are ordering all of the shirts and hoodies on Friday so please, please, please get us your orders. We have practice tomorrow at 3:30. Please remember to pay your fees in the counseling office. If you sell t-shirts to family members, friends, or just other people, please let us know. Thanks,

Parents- If there are any problems paying for the required fees, (participation fee, and uniform) please let us know and we will see what we can do to help. We would like the fees paid by the end of this week to the financial secretary in the attendance office. If not all the fees can be paid at once please pay the required fees first. We are also ordering extra T-shirts for any family members that would like one to wear to the matches. They will be sold for $10 each and all the extra money will go into getting new practice balls, and equipment for the team. Please e-mail Kandace by tomorrow morning at the latest with the sizes of the extra T-shirts. Also we have only had one parent volunteer to help with team dinner. We are trying to do all we can to make tennis a team sport but we need the support from parents. Please remember each child should already have a physical done or have one scheduled. I need the school physical form or a copy of physical ASAP!!! (this is important if your child plans on playing)
